A wardrobe addition

Crop biker jacket: Miss Selfridge: £49

My new favourite piece of clothing in my wardrobe is this faux leather crop biker jacket from Miss Selfridge, a splurge I've allowed myself to invest in. I've been wanting something like this in my wardrobe for quite a while now as I've always though it is something that goes with practically everything, I'm so glad I bought it!

With it being a cropped jacket I feel it adds a slight edge to the jacket, so the rest of the outfit can be simpler, which is what I like, one statement piece.

The jacket also doesn't have that cheap look about it which other faux leather effect jackets do sometimes tend to have, which I really like.

The only thing I wish is that the price could have been slightly less, however as an investment piece I can wear for quite a while, I believe it to be money worth spent! I don't think I'll be taking this off for quite some time! Love It!!!

New Spring Shoes

I can tell it's getting nearer spring time, I felt the urge to buy ballerina flats for the first time this year. I love these neutral pumps I found in Next  the other day. They will go with most things because of the colour and the jewels on the front just that something extra, because I'm really not one for anything super plain.
They'll also go great with the coloured skinny jeans that I've been buying recently, and help me get out of the winter blues! Can't wait for Spring/Summer now, I love everything I'm seeing at the minute.

Clinique mascara swap

I wasn't going to do the Clinique mascara swap when I first hear about it as I thought you had to swap an existing Clinique mascara and I've never owned one. But once I hear that it could be a mascara from any company I didn't hesitate to try a new one.

I must have taken the most used and dried up mascara in the world, and I felt really stingy thinking it to swap for a full sized sample, but I did It anyway.

Out of the two you could choose from I picked the volumising mascara, because that is what I tend to go for and I also preferred the wand on the 'High Impact' mascara.

I actually really like this mascara, It gives me volume at the roots and also provides quite a bit of  length (especially when I seem to have hardly any lashes at the minute).

It's definitely a good marketing ploy because I am soooo tempted to go buy this after I've used up my sample and more of the ones I am currently using, so I can justify the purchase!! I'd never thought to try Clinique mascara before but i may have been converted, thanks Clinique!
